NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. Once you receive approval (within 48hours) You will receive a email with the shipping address to send your item to.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the USA. Any shipments outside of USA are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
In-stock Items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days once processing is complete. Please note that processing takes 2 business days.
Pre-Order Items will be shipped out within 5-10 weeks.
Delivery times are estimates. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the above estimates.
Please note that Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the item on delivery, contact USPS or UPS immediately to open a claim. Please also email us the case number and information to email@example.com
6. Lost and/or Stolen/Returned Packages
We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our facility! Please contact USPS or UPS about any shipping and/or delivery issues! Please note that most of our deliveries are insured if shipped via USPS (priority).
If the package was shipped via Priority Mail (Insured), you will need to file a claim directly with USPS in the case of a loss and/or damaged item.
If your package is undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address due to an incomplete and/or incorrect address provided, we do not assume responsibility if the package never makes it to you or back to us (returned to sender). We will charge an additional fee to ship back out to you.
If your package is marked as "delivered", but is missing, please contact your local USPS for verification of delivery location, and/or your local authorities to report theft.
